You can explore the Workouts and sign up for Home Team. We’ll also send you a daily email for your first week to help you onboard and maximize your membership.
What if I don’t know my schedule?
We designed Pregame On Demand for busy people whose schedules change weekly. Just like gym classes, there are multiple sessions available each week, and the topic is consistent for each session of the given week – that means you can commit to the same time, day, and coach every week, or swap sessions whenever you want!
Is one-on-one coaching available?
Yes! The Private Coaching membership includes access to 1:1 coaching, and you can even switch out coaches if you have specific needs or challenges to address.
Can my whole team use Pregame On Demand?
100%! We can put together a team membership that includes your own Home Team, or do a live team orientation. We also have a special rate for larger groups.
