Portland Street Response: Onboarding + Supervisor Training Design
Portland Fire and Rescue established a new division for community health that includes the Portland Street Response (PSR) and Community Health Assess and Treat (CHAT) Programs.
The challenge: Fast expansion of a new emergency response team working within an existing, established government organization.
Pregame went above and beyond in partnering with PSR by co-creating and facilitating PSR’s updated Onboarding trainings, then designing and leading its Supervisor Training, Team Training, and Team Building days to unite its internal culture.
Forge Steel Buildings: Executive Team Transformation
When Forge Buildings first reached out to Pregame, they weren’t in crisis. In fact, the company was thriving — but growth had introduced complexity. Leadership knew that as the company scaled, communication, organization, and collaboration needed to level up.

Once upon a time in New York City... our workshops were inherited from Pressler Collaborative's work with major media companies.
We worked with Conde Nast, Hearst, Viacom, and their premiere brands to to gain a competitive edge creating stronger relationships with advertisers and sponsors.
We created a fun, immersive, interactive training session for the sales and marketing teams that incorporated storytelling and new sales techniques, empowering them to rely less on their decks and more on creative improvisation to respond to advertisers’ needs.
