When travelers plan a trip to Oregon, their journey begins online. For businesses to attract these potential visitors, it is essential to make a strong first impression from website to social media, with complete information, compelling images, and positive reviews.
Recognizing this need, Travel Oregon launched the Digital Marketing Boost Program, aimed at enhancing the online presence of local businesses. Pregame was selected to support the second cohort of the program, collaborating with 21 farms across Oregon to elevate their online presence.
The program happened in three major phases over six months:
Digital Marketing Assessment: Each farm received a thorough digital marketing assessment from Pregame consultants, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement. Pregame experts analyzed the farms’ existing online presence, social media engagement, website performance, and SEO practices to develop customized recommendations.
Recommendations Report: Based on the assessment results, we prepared a detailed recommendations report for each farm. This report outlined actionable steps and strategies to enhance their online visibility, reach their target audience, and increase customer engagement. We also collaborated on a Digital Marketing Resource Library with DIY tools for small businesses to make improvements at their own pace.
Implementation Support: Pregame made recommendations real by actively assisting farms in implementing the suggested strategies through one-on-one consulting sessions and marketing support. This practical support empowered the farms to enhance their digital marketing efforts effectively.
During our interaction with the farms, a recurring theme emerged: the need for self-sufficiency.
While they appreciated the implementation support, they also desired the knowledge and skills to maintain and grow their online presence independently. With this feedback, Pregame saw an opportunity to introduce one of our successful online products: The Full Press: Marketing Bootcamp.
